These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jelive platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, and all other services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before using jelive.
By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the jelive platform at jelive.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the jelive platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jelive.
Definitions
The following terms, when used in this document, carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential for correctly interpreting your rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration
To access real-money gaming and betting services on jelive, you must first create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. jelive relies on the information you provide at registration for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes — providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms.
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing any jelive service.
- You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. All fields must be accurate and kept current.
- Each individual may hold only one (1) jelive account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must not register on behalf of another person, use another person's identity, or allow another person to use your account.
- Registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not accepted. You confirm by registering that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence.
Account Verification (KYC)
jelive reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification, along with recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes. jelive uses one-time password (OTP) two-factor authentication to help protect your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jelive support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].
Age Restriction
jelive operates strictly as an adult entertainment platform. All services — including game play, sports betting, and account access — are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
jelive performs age verification checks as part of its standard KYC process. Where automated checks are insufficient, documentary evidence of age will be required before full account access is granted. Parents and guardians are reminded of the importance of ensuring that minors do not have access to adult gaming websites. Deposits & Withdrawals
jelive supports a range of locally relevant payment methods designed for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jelive does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance, and withdrawal amounts are processed in full.
Supported Payment Methods
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant deposit processing with no platform fee.
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing within 1–24 hours.
- Visa and Mastercard debit cards may be available subject to issuing bank approval.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper deposit limit, though jelive may apply enhanced KYC checks for large single deposits.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jelive account instantly in normal circumstances. Processing times may vary during periods of high network demand.
- Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from a payment account registered to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- jelive does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, gift cards, prepaid vouchers, or any form of anonymous payment instrument.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 1–6 hours in most cases. Bank transfers are completed within 1–24 hours.
- Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your jelive account. jelive will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Before a withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete. jelive reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where there is a reasonable basis to do so.
- If a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any funds attributable to that bonus may be withdrawn.
- jelive does not deduct any platform fee from withdrawal amounts. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside jelive's control and are your responsibility.
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit has not been credited or a withdrawal has not been received within the stated processing window, please contact jelive support via live chat or at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the amount in question. jelive will investigate and respond within 24 hours. Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting jelive support, as doing so may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
Bonus Terms
jelive offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jelive reserves the right to determine eligibility based on account history, deposit frequency, and other factors at its discretion.
- Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the specific bonus terms before acceptance.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately within your account. Real-money balance is played first in all circumstances unless the specific bonus offer states otherwise.
- Bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated in the specific offer. Any unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets contribute at a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
- jelive reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe abuse or exploitation is occurring.
- Players found to be exploiting bonuses — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or pattern betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided and may face permanent account closure.
Welcome Bonus
New jelive players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The current welcome offer, including the matched percentage, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement, and eligible games, is displayed on the jelive promotions page at the time of registration. jelive reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome offer at any time without prior notice. Players must opt in to the welcome offer during the registration or first deposit process — it cannot be applied retrospectively.
User Obligations
As a jelive player, you accept the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent closure, and in the most serious cases, forfeiture of account balance.
Conduct and Fair Play
- You must use the jelive platform solely for personal entertainment. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of games, or any form of professional wagering strategy designed to circumvent the platform's expected player behaviour is prohibited.
- You must not use any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with jelive's games or betting markets on your behalf.
- You must not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game type, including poker or live dealer games.
- You must not attempt to manipulate any game outcome through technical exploitation, bug abuse, or any other means.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jelive staff or other players — whether in live chat, support tickets, or any other communication channel — will not be tolerated and will result in immediate account suspension.
Legal Compliance
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jelive platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. jelive provides the platform and services in good faith; it is your responsibility to determine whether using those services is lawful where you are located.
- You must not use the jelive platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. jelive cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious activity as required.
- You must not use payment methods that do not belong to you, and you must not make deposits using funds that are derived from unlawful activity.
Accurate Information
- All personal information provided to jelive must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or address changes, you must update your account information promptly via account settings or by contacting support.
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information at any point is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
Account Closure
A jelive account may be closed voluntarily by the player or by jelive at its discretion. The circumstances and consequences of each closure type are described below.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your jelive account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jelive will process any pending verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the account. Accounts closed voluntarily with no outstanding balance will be deactivated within 1–3 business days of the request being received and confirmed.

Closure by jelive
jelive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
- Provision of false or misleading identity, address, or payment information.
- Creation of more than one account per individual.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct related to the account.
- Bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of games or promotions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, following written notice to the registered email address.
Where an account is closed by jelive due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jelive reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance in accordance with the severity of the breach. In cases of fraud or criminal conduct, any held balance may be reported to and transferred to the relevant authorities.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. jelive will send a written notice to the registered email address 30 days before any dormancy action is taken. If no login occurs within the notice period, the account may be closed and any remaining balance dealt with in accordance with jelive's dormant account policy, details of which are available from support on request.
Limitation of Liability
The jelive platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While jelive makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates continuously and without interruption, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and unforeseen technical events may temporarily affect platform availability.
Scope of Liability
- jelive shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
- jelive shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or failures in game results caused by third-party software providers, provided that jelive has taken reasonable steps to use certified and reputable providers.
- jelive shall not be liable for internet connectivity issues, device incompatibilities, or browser limitations on your end that affect your ability to access or enjoy the platform.
- Where a game or betting market malfunction results in an incorrect payout or an invalid wager settlement, jelive reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. jelive's decision in such circumstances is final.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising from your use of the jelive platform should in the first instance be directed to jelive's customer support team, who will aim to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. jelive's decisions on matters of game fairness, bonus eligibility, and account status are final once all available internal review processes have been completed.
Changes to These Terms
jelive reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the jelive platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should close their account before the effective date of the changes and withdraw any remaining balance.
